Returns/Refunds Policy for Premium Health

• Customers have the right to return eligible products within 10 days of receipt.
• Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Due to health and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to, opened personal care items, used medical supplies, and custom-made products.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at info@premiumhealth.co.za within 10 days of receiving your product to initiate a return. Please provide your invoice number and reason for the return.
2. Review: Our team will review your request to ensure the item is eligible for return.Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product.
3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a supplier error or defective product.
4. Tracking: It is recommended to use a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered items.

• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund should we have to collect it, except in cases of supplier error or defective products.

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please follow our return process.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Due to health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used personal care products
• Certain medical supplies and devices
• Custom or special-order products
